WHere is a simplified interpretation of a cocktail found on our latest menu. This is a party-sized premix that is loaded with the tastes of the holiday season, rendering it ideal for a holiday party. Save the extra syrup for brunch beverages, desserts, or for additional servings of the drink.

Serves 10 servings
To make the Citrus Syrup (produces 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
To make the Cocktail (yields 850ml, serving 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Instructions
To prepare the Syrup: Combine the listed components in a pot, heat until it reaches a simmer, agitating so the sugar melts. Then, remove from the stove and let it to reach room temperature completely. Pour into a sterilised bottle, close it and store chilled, where it will keep for about a month.
To make Cocktail Base: Pour every liquid ingredients into a big jug, let it rest for an hour, then strain preferably using cheesecloth, making it fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml of the premix to a stirring glass packed with ice, and agitate carefully for about 60 seconds to chill. Filter to a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, top with some cranberries adding the final touch with a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
