Further Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying distinct parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

More images made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
